Introducing: "Tails & Tales of Apifera"
My new subscriber blog, "Tails & Tales of Apifera", will include my short stories, puppet movies, animal interviews and musings of the many Apifera characters you have come to know on my main blog. It will have musings through art and drawing and story - and will be full of whim, love, and a little melancholy when needed - the true Apifera way. The stories and creations will only be viewable to subscribers.
And it's only $5 a month.
Paco just posted his "Surviving Hunting Season Tip #2" over there, and Pino has moved his entire Donkey Diary there. Grandmère Chat will continue to tell her life story there, and they'll be many surprises from visitors - many I haven't even met yet.
How does it work?Subscribe for a month at a time, or as many months at a time as you wish. The tiny url link in this email will take you to my main blog, click the "Subscribe" button at the bottom of that post, and pay for as many months as you'd like [you can also send a check if you prefer, just alert me]. Once I get that payment, I add your email to the subscriber list, and then you receive an email from the blog, with a link giving you directions.
You will only have to go through that process once as long as you are subscribed.
So what might you find at Tails & Tales each month?
An interview you won't want to miss- I shan't say with whom because a person needs an element of surprise from time to time. And Pino will unveil his Guide to Better and More Sustainable Living, all with one prop - his bucket. Donkey Diaries and Paco's Hunting Guide are just some of the regular features. And if I can get those mice to sit still long enough for outfit measurements, who knows...
And what happens to my main blog, "Apifera Farm: where art, lavender and animals collide"?
Fear not, I shall continue to post pictures of your friends, happenings, animals in need, sales, raffles, deaths, births - but all my short story writing, movies, puppet shows and illustrated series will be posted on Tails & Tales. When I update Tails & Tales, I might put a teaser post on the main blog, to remind people - but you have to subscribe to see it.
I hope you will join us...
